Yorgunluk sebebi ile ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bir hisdir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tur \u00d6ncesi ve Tur \u0130\u00e7erisinde Ne T\u00fcketti\u011finiz \u00d6nemli<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bunun yan\u0131nda tur da ve tur \u00f6ncesi bilin\u00e7sizce t\u00fcketti\u011fimiz baz\u0131 g\u0131dalar daha a\u00e7 hissetmemize sebep olurlar. \u015eekerler, \u00e7ikolatalar, bisk\u00fcvi gibi bir tak\u0131m g\u0131dalar kana kar\u0131\u015fma h\u0131zlar\u0131(Glisemik \u0130ndeks) y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fundan ins\u00fclin seviyemizin y\u00fckselmesine ve ard\u0131ndan tekrar kan \u015fekerimizin d\u00fc\u015fmesine sebep olurlar. Oysaki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck glisemik indeksli g\u0131dalar, protein ve iyi ya\u011flardan zengin beslendi\u011fimizde bu durum ya\u015fanmaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6rne\u011fin sabah kahvalt\u0131s\u0131nda yedi\u011finiz yumurta sizi uzun s\u00fcre tok tutacakt\u0131r.  Kaymak, tereya\u011f\u0131 gibi g\u0131dalarda ins\u00fclin seviyenizde de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fe sebep olmaz. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla uzun s\u00fcre tok hissedersiniz. Yine yulaf gibi y\u00fcksek lif i\u00e7eren g\u0131dalarda sizin uzun s\u00fcre tok kalman\u0131z\u0131 sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Antrenmanl\u0131 Olmak ve A\u00e7l\u0131k<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Antrenmanl\u0131 olmak v\u00fccudumuzun o spor dal\u0131nda daha iktisatl\u0131 enerji kullanmas\u0131na sebep olur. Buna bran\u015fa \u00f6zel dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k da diyoruz. Bu durumu bisiklet i\u00e7in \u015fu \u015fekilde s\u00f6yleyebiliriz.
