Bunlar beslenme, dinlenme ve egzersiz. Durum b\u00f6yle olunca  sporcu nas\u0131l beslenmeli sorusu da en \u00e7ok merak edilen konulardan bir tanesi oluyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sporcu nas\u0131l beslenmeli konusunu sadece yenilecek besinler ve yenilmeyecek besinler olarak g\u00f6rmemek gerekiyor. Sporcu beslenmesi konusunda g\u00fcnde ka\u00e7 \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn beslenilmeli, hangi saatlerde beslenme yapmak gerekir bu konular\u0131 da beslenme konusunun i\u00e7erisinde de\u011ferlendirmek gerekir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6ncelikle nas\u0131l beslendi\u011finiz konusu ki\u015fisel metabolik yap\u0131n\u0131z ile de alakal\u0131d\u0131r. Biz bu yaz\u0131da baz\u0131 temel konulardan bahsedece\u011fiz. Siz kendi v\u00fccut yap\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 tan\u0131yarak buna g\u00f6re gerekliyse diyetisyen yada doktor yard\u0131m\u0131 ile kendinize en uygun beslenme modelini tercih edebilirsiniz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sporplaza.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/sporcu-beslenmesi.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-291\" width=\"550\" height=\"360\"\/><figcaption>Sporcu Nas\u0131l Beslenmeli<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kesinlikle T\u00fcketilmemesi Gereken Besinler<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kola, gazl\u0131 i\u00e7ecekler(sade madensuyu hari\u00e7), cips, fast food beslenme \u00fcr\u00fcnleri, i\u00e7erisinde koruyucu maddeler i\u00e7en, glikoz\/fruktoz \u015furubu, fenalilin, aspartam i\u00e7eren g\u0131dalar\u0131 kesinlikle t\u00fcketilmemeli. Bu g\u0131dalar sadece sporcula i\u00e7in de\u011fil herkes i\u00e7in zararl\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcnlerdir.  Bu \u00fcr\u00fcnler sadece sportif performans\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 de\u011fil sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 da tehlikeye atarlar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Karbonhidratlar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Karbonhidratlar bir \u00e7ok uzman taraf\u0131ndan v\u00fccudumuzun ana yak\u0131t kayna\u011f\u0131 olarak de\u011ferlendirilir.  Bir \u00e7ok uzman dedim \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u00f6zellikle dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k sporlar\u0131 i\u00e7in ketojenik tip beslenmeyi tavsiye eden ve karbonhidrat al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 minimuma indiren beslenme modelleri de uzmanlar taraf\u0131ndan tavsiye ediliyor. Buna glisemik indeks de diyoruz.  Genel sa\u011fl\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da glisemik indeksi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck karbonhidratlar\u0131 tercih etmemiz gerekiyor. Di\u011fer taraftan 100 metre ko\u015fucusu de\u011filseniz yada fini\u015fe yakla\u015fm\u0131\u015f bir sprinter bisiklet yar\u0131\u015f\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 de\u011filseniz sportif performans a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da y\u00fcksek glisemik indeksli karbonhidratlardan uzak durmam\u0131z gerekiyor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Google a Glisemik \u0130ndeks Tablosu yazarak g\u0131dalar\u0131n glikozu y\u00fckseltme seviyelerine bakabilirsiniz. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fck glisemik indeksli beslenmek kilo problemi olanlar i\u00e7in ge\u00e7 ac\u0131kma konusunda da olumlu sonu\u00e7lar ortaya koyar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Proteinler <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Proteinler kaslar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n temel yap\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131 olarak ifade edilebilirler. Kaslar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n geli\u015fmesi, antrenman sonu toparlanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in proteinlere ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z var.  Protein kendi ba\u015f\u0131na \u00e7ok fazla kiloya sebep olmasa da karbonhidratlarla birlikte t\u00fcketildi\u011finde kilo alman\u0131za sebep olabilir. Ayr\u0131ca proteinin gere\u011finden fazla t\u00fcketilmesi gut hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131na da sebep olabilmektedir. Yine fazla al\u0131nan protein karaci\u011ferde enzimlenerek \u015feker olarak depolanabilir.   Proteinler hayvansal ve bitkisel kaynakl\u0131 olabiliyorlar. Hayvansal proteinler, et, tavuk, bal\u0131k, yumurta, s\u00fct ve s\u00fct \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinde bulunurken. Halk aras\u0131nda ya\u011fl\u0131 yenildi\u011fi zaman ya\u011flan\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 ve kilo al\u0131naca\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcr. Oysaki ya\u011f ancak karbonhidratlarla birlikte t\u00fcketildi\u011finde ya\u011flanmaya sebep olabilir. Normalde v\u00fccut ya\u011flar\u0131 de\u011fil karbonhidratlar\u0131 ya\u011f olarak depolar.  Glisemik indeks de\u011feri ya\u011flar i\u00e7in s\u00f6z konusu de\u011fildir. Durum b\u00f6yle olunca uzun aerobik antrenmanlarda ve dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k sporlar\u0131nda ya\u011f enerji kayna\u011f\u0131 olarak \u00e7ok\u00e7a kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Ya\u011f tercihimizi de Zeytinya\u011f\u0131, tereya\u011f\u0131, i\u00e7 ya\u011f\u0131, kuyruk ya\u011f\u0131 ve hindistan cevizi ya\u011f\u0131 gibi kaliteli ya\u011flardan tercih etmeliyiz. Posal\u0131 ve probiyotik yap\u0131lar\u0131 sayesinde sindirim sistemi ve ba\u011f\u0131rsak bakteri dengenizi koruman\u0131za yard\u0131mc\u0131 olurlar. Bu sayede ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z di\u011fer besinleri de daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 \u015fekilde sindirebilirsiniz. Bunun yan\u0131nda sebzelerden yap\u0131lan ev tur\u015fular\u0131 da probiyotik ve prebiyotik zengini oldu\u011fundan t\u00fcketmemiz gereken g\u0131dalar aras\u0131nda yer almaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meyvelerde \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fc olmak gerekiyor, bir \u00e7ok meyve antioksidan i\u00e7erir ve antioksidan maddeler sporcular i\u00e7in gereklidir. Fakat meyveyi abartmak daha fazla fayda sa\u011flamaz. Fakat g\u00fcncel bilgiler \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda s\u0131k yemenin bir marifetinin olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve v\u00fccudun s\u0131k s\u0131k besin al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda pankreastan s\u00fcrekli ins\u00fclin salg\u0131lad\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirlenmi\u015ftir. Bu durum ins\u00fclin direncini tetikleyebilmektedir. Bunun yan\u0131nda s\u00fcrekli sindirim ile me\u015fgul olan v\u00fccut dinlenememekte ve kronik bir yorgunluk s\u00f6z konusu olabilmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gerek sa\u011fl\u0131k i\u00e7in gerekse \u00f6zellikle dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k sporlar\u0131nda sportif performans i\u00e7in intermittent fasting beslenme \u015fekli tavsiye edilmektedir. Bu beslenme modeli Peygamber efendimizin s\u00fcnneti ile de uyu\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Bizzat deneyerek tecr\u00fcbe etti\u011fim bu modelde g\u00fcnl\u00fck hayat\u0131n\u0131zda daha din\u00e7 oldu\u011funuzu s\u00f6yleyebilirim. Bunun yan\u0131nda uzun bisiklet antrenmanlar\u0131nda da beslenme takviyesine ihtiya\u00e7 duymadan antrenman\u0131 tamamlayabiliyorum. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0130ntermittent Beslenme Nedir?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aral\u0131kl\u0131 oru\u00e7 olarak da ifade edilen bu beslenme modelinde g\u00fcnde iki \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn beslenme esast\u0131r. 16 saat a\u00e7 8 saat  tok yada 18 saat a\u00e7 6 saat tok \u015feklinde uygulan\u0131r. \u015eekersiz \u00e7ay, kahve ve sade madensuyu gibi kalorisiz i\u00e7ecekler t\u00fcketmekte sak\u0131nca yoktur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kaliteli Uyku \u0130\u00e7in Beslenme<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Yaz\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda spordaki \u00f6nemli konulardan bir tanesininde dinlenme oldu\u011funu belirtmi\u015ftik. Fiziki dinlenmenin en iyi ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fi zaman uyku oldu\u011funa g\u00f6re uyku kalitesi de bu anlamda \u00f6nemli bir konu. Baz\u0131 uzmanlar \u00e7aydaki tein (kafein) sebebiyle derin uyku s\u00fcresini k\u0131saltt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bununda toparlanma s\u00fcresi (recovery) konusunda olumsuz etki yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtiyorlar. Xiaomi Mi Band 2 bileklik ile 1 hafta \u00e7ay t\u00fcketmeden derin uyku s\u00fcrelerimi takip ettim. Fakat \u00e7ay t\u00fcketmeyince derin uyku s\u00fcresinde bir art\u0131\u015fa rastlamad\u0131m.  Ki\u015fisel bir durum olabilir. Fakat bu anlamda tecr\u00fcbelerim bu y\u00f6nde. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ak\u015fam yemeklerinde y\u00fcksek karbonhidrat t\u00fcketmenin uyku kalitesini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne dair bir tak\u0131m ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar var bu sebeple ak\u015fam yemeklerinde karbonhidrat miktar\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fcksek tutmamakta fayda var. Bunun yan\u0131nda ak\u015fam yeme\u011fini ge\u00e7 saate b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda v\u00fccut sindirim ile me\u015fgul oluyor. Bu sebeple tam olarak uykuya ge\u00e7mesini m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmuyor ve dinlenmeden uyan\u0131yoruz.
